I think FT doesn't drop because it isn't a variable for salary.
But I am agree with you, FT must be drop, may be slower than other skill but yes.
And I would like to see the pop in experience. I never understand when exp pop (after each game? On training?)

I can't see why FT skill should drop with age unless the player develops severe arthritis.
