A bit, but since it is on a weekly basis, not really.

You could have a player play 63 minutes in 2 3OT games, and then play another 48, and it won't be until after the 3rd that his GS drops.

Presumably the way stamina works now, is that the game goes on, a player becomes less effective based on how long he plays, with higher stamina providing greater resistance to tiring.

There could be an effect where a player recovers between games from where he left off. If a player has low stamina or long minutes, he might not be able to recover 100% between games.

I would say ideal amount of minutes is around 60-70... Every time my player plays around 90 minutes, his maximum GS is respectable... If you want proficient GS, keep them around 65 minutes p/w...

my players are exhausted every week too, but I like to see that you have to get a wide squad for a success...

according to this suggestion will have everyone proficient GS, that's not a best way

I can hardly belive that if you have all your players play about 65 minutes they all are proficient in GS.
I had players playing 44 minutes and have proficient game shape as well, and other players who played 55 or 63 minutes who had strong game shape, or even respectable...

I think it is prety easy, if they play enough minutes (and not too much) they can be between respectable and proficient, no matter exactly how many minutes they get! So giving up a number to aim at is not right in my opinion.
I'm prety sure that a player who gets 48 minutes every week has as much chance of getting the highest GS as a player who plays exactly 65 minutes every week.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

I told that around 65 is right number...

I didn't say it blindly, it's from my 2 seasons experience... They won't become proficient right away, but if you constantly play them for about 65 minutes p/w, they will have the biggest chance to have proficient GS... Maybe they will have a chance even with 48 min p/w, but I strongly believe that GS is not random...

Btw, Iordanou, I can't believe that you have only 4 players in your team that have salaries bigger than 4000$, and you're playing more than two seasons... Only one player has more than 5000$ salary... Can you explain to me how???

Can I ask how many minutes do real BB players play in a week..

Understanding they have more games so as a percentage would you get someone start all games? or every other game?

My club isn't charity, they have to earn it!

:)

edit: for your beautifful eyes there is an explanation:

http://www.buzzerbeater.wgz.cz/pecenka-s-training-progres...

I choosed the way of training which is good enough for the performance of my league with the order to avoid increasing of a salary - quite risky, but better way than train them 3 main skills only I think.

Anyway see my arena and league position, cool huh?:)
