Actually a great training facility
Addition: PA training is not affected by height. JS, DR and PA are the only skills not affected

Also, height does NOT affect game performance, only training. If 2 players have proficient (9) rebounding skill, and one is 183cm and the other 213cm they both perform exactly the same in games. The short player just has to train harder (longer) to become proficient.
