I totally agree that stamina is really important. But to me stamina 1-2 works for subs who aren't supposed to play more than 15 min. And most of the time, if they play more than this, it's because you win by a big margin so it's fine too.

I will say that I've had a few garbage time games where the subs let the other team back in after getting exhausted.
