I guess you are talking about the skill stamina, in that case stamina is not influenced by the minutes played, you have to train It with team training if you want that skill to go Up.

yes, you are right I might me be mislead in my question. Is it normal to have such low skills in general?
What other teams do without sacrificing from normal training?

at first thank you very much all answers. also that was the only viable option I see when I digged out from manual.
Is it wise to have nutrionist when you at third level league?

I had a level 7 nutritionist last season and had some pops. I agree, not enough, but I did get a handful of pops across the whole team.

So I shouldn't obssesed with not sacrificing "normal" training.
At least I will plan my training accordingly from now on.
Again thank you very much for all answers.

Probably best time to train stamina is weeks when you only have 1 league match and 1 scrim.
Those are All-star week and at the end of season when you drop out of play-off / relegation.

Usually these are weeks when if you have 3 trainees for single post training, you'll have to either sacrifice 1 of them or change your training plan anyway. Same goes if you have 6 trainees for 2 post training.

Also Stamina trains really fast and it trains on everyone whether they played 48 mins or not.

You might get 3 weeks (maybe 4 sorry math and dates...) like this in a season, so in 2 seasons you'll have plenty of stamina on whole roster

thank you for advice, I also thought the same upon feedback. Probably I will see slight improvements at the end of season
