by whole team we mean every player you got, not just the guys that ply in the 5 positions.

Team Training trains everybody, even the guy that didn't sit on the bench for any games. But for that you can train only Stamina, Free Throw and Form.

In other trainings you can train only the guys that play in the positions you chose, and if you choose all 5 positions everybody that plays any position will get some training, however if you train less positions the training goes faster (we "users" believe)

And just a simple reply to yuor first question, in theory the most important skills for a guard (PG or SG) are the 6 first ones (JS, JR, OD, HA,DR,PA). The most important for PF anc C would be the next 4 (IS,ID,RE,SB).

Stamina and Free Throw are important for everybody. And the SF should be a more flexible guy, that can play inside and outside.

Of course this depends also on what kind of tactics you are using on Offense and Defense, but it's a good start for you.

like I said, it also depends on your strategy. if you play Low post, having guards with good IS is useful. The same for PF/C with JS if you play Motion. (just our intuition so far)
