the fall is random so you can't know which will fall first

I know this is true, but somehow I am inclined to believe that the chance of a fall get bigger with every passing week. The reason for this thought is that it is meant to be that after a while the staff looses a level to keep you awake and have you change staaf once in a while, because they get used to the job and become less enthousiastic.

Therefor I would find it logical that BB would program it the following way:
each week a calculation is made to see if the staffmember drops a level or not. In this calculation there is this random factor (as you mentioned), but also, a small, other factor wich is x, where x is the amount of weeks he is around, so the more weeks he is around, the higher x gets, and the higher chance of drop.

Ofcourse even If this would be true, then there still always will be a chance the fresher one will drop first...

I did change my PR guy this week, and only can hope I gambled right... ;)

I am a fairly new team who hired a level 7 trainer pretty much at the beginning of this season.

A level 8 trainer is now available. Should I hire him or wait for a higher level?

Thanks.

now this is my personal view, and other might not agree, but if you do not have your team for too long you probably are finding out where you can use money, and how high your expenses can be.
You probably do not have too many spectators at games yet, so your income will not be overwhelming. Therefor...

I would stick to the level 7 at the moment if I where you.

firing him will cost you an extra weekwage whcih he demands for leaving the club. A level 8 is a little better, but it shouldn't be the big diffrence worth your money at this stage in the game. The money will be better spend on something else, like scouting if you are not in the top of your division, or building some extra seats. a few luxury boxes cost a lot of money, but chances are you can sell them out if you only have 1 or 2...

I think since you are in D.III that you can afford the better trainer, so I'd probably wait for a 9 or 10.
