I'm not against an Intertoto system, I just want to make sure that the current system is understood.

From what I understand, B3 next season will consist of:

League Champions
Cup Champions (I do not believe if someone wins the double that another team from that nation will be invited)
B3 winner (who gets a lifetime invite)
Defending NT World Champion manager (currently GM-AlexRepetti)

if this would be just for D.I and D.II teams, so I like the idea... This would give extra places for some countries... But firs of all B3 should be divided into continental cups as a part of BB World Club Cup tournament.

true, and that's why we all must try to get the best team!

would it be the other way around, that the owrst teams get benefitted, who would want to have a good team then??

totally agree... every there best gets more benefits... It`s just a life...

There are 84 countries so at most there will be 171 clubs that qualify. But if there are double winners, or teams that become bots, it will be somewhat less.

So for a 256 team draw you might have 100 extra spaces available. Assuming all teams that are eliminated from their national cup enter the Intertoto, they are going to have to win 11 or 12 games in a row. That's as good as being a D.I or D.II team. Most D.I and D.II teams will last several rounds in the cup, so they will have to win fewer games in the Intertoto. So I think most of the extra qualifiers will be D.I and D.II clubs. But that would be determined on merit (just like the national cups are).

The problem with continental cups is the imbalance in number of teams. There are only 72 active teams in Africa, which is about the same as Georgia or Macedonia.

I suggested long time ago to have 4 continents and from each continent 4 teams qualify for WorlBuzzer Cup. It could be handle in one week playing 6 games. This could be done just before enthusiasm reset, if BB would give us one week break before new season starts. We could use Euro Cup (football) format (group stage, quarter finals, semi finals, final).

Intertoto tournaments would be a part of continental cups. Yes I know it`s big difference towards continents, but this would give a chance for weaker continent to compete with strong ones (for example Africa). Intertoto should be fight for a chance to qualify to the next season Continental Cup, there would fight just D.I and D.II teams (those aren`t playing in that season B3) who already knocked out of their National Cups. But don`t know how to make this fare for everybody cause one can knock out in the first round and other just become runner up in his National Cup tournament... Maybe this should work together with B3 and be handle on Wednesdays. This would make fights in D.III way more important, cause if you promote you get a chance to qualify for International tournament... Fights for 5th place in D.II would become really cruel and interesting...


But all this is huge idea and won`t be implemented into the game soon, I`m sure about this.
