Currently, Doctor level 8, Trainer level 6 and PR-Mgr level 10 are offered to my team.
Naturally, I wanted to hire them all instead of my crappy level 1 stuff members, but then again, that seems like a quiet an investment for my rookie team. Can I afford it? Furthermore, do I really need them all at this point?
I figure that new trainer should be on top of that list, but I'm not sure whether level 6 trainer is a good investment or not, either.
And what about PR-Mgr? Do I really need him right now and more importantly, will he justify his salary?

I'm sorry, man, I didn't see your post :s
Anyway, while you answered a lot of my questions there, I'd still like to know what do you think about Trainer level 6? Good investment to start with or not?
Thanks.

If you've figured out who you are going to train, I'd go with the trainer McClain. My understanding is that team training does not depend on trainer level, so if you've just started and are doing a couple of weeks of stamina training, you could hold off. Otherwise he seems pretty reasonable to begin with.

Dr. Roy is about the cost of 5 or 6 of your player's salary. I think you'd be better off just dealing with any injuries at this point. And keep looking.

No way would you want O'neil.

Personally, I started off about 2 months ago and I picked up a level 8 trainer very quickly. I think level 8/9 is about the highest there are so far so you should take your chances on them. There is definitely a huge difference between a level 1 trainer and a level 8 trainer, according to my experience. However, I don't know the difference between a level 5/6 compared to level 8/9. Generally, I think it is quite affordable and would recommend it. With 2 games per week, my salaries of level 8 trainer and level 8 doctor is paid off through one game with extra income. Good luck deciding.

Well, I hired Level 6 trainer last night, so it's unlikely that I'll be switching to higher level trainer any time soon. I mean, not this season anyway. Thank you for sharing your experience, though.
Hopefully, someone will tell us the difference between Level 6 and Level 8/9 trainers.
