This is not the best strategy in my opinion because you pay a lot for firing staff. You should try and keep a level of staff that you can afford always.

prob. more true i think, in case of bigger/ more severe injury(s) you may hire higher doctor....

Doctors not only help heal but they help prevent injuries

So keeping a doctor at a level you can afford is essential for avoiding injury and healing at a respectable speed. Spending a lot of extra money by firing and hiring new Doctors will not help you.
