At this point in time #2 is better suited to help you play however in the long run #1 will be the better player. That is assuming equal training between the two. The other thing about #2 is that his is a little small for a starting center. I have two really good centers can play them at times at C and PF with success but most times I split them up and pair them with a PF. I train C/PF myself.
