Bryce, I do not know what the problem could be. Your draft picks are indeed in their default order right now, but I can not verify that they were ever previously changed.
All that I can suggest that you make a few changes at a time, save them, visit another page, and then return to the draft page to verify that your last set of changes were successfully saved.
