I guy from germany wrote down the games between the ups.I think you need 71 games for an up but i am not 100% sure about it.

Toby Corley on my team, was 18 when I created the team, started out with I believe inept or awful experience, played on the NT somewhat for his second season now and has been a starter for my squad since the creation of the team and has bumped up to respectable experience.
