Time hasn't run out until bidding is complete. All other problems are due to poor clock synchronization.
the thing is time didnt update after bid, nor who made the new bid
i refresh constantly yet a bid was made and another team got it
so maybe a retired team player when on bid is not getting the end time updated correctly when somebody bids with less than 2 min before deadline or something like that
like i ve said is not the first time happened to me when a bid a player the time ends i wait and the player never comes to my team
i looked in my team there was no indication in the oferts part that i was making a bid, yet my team was appearing as the top bidder
