Your math isn't quite right either: if your current trainer earns 30k a week, and you replace him with a 20k a week one, the savings will be about 130k over the next 14 weeks: you'll pay about 160k (assuming we are talking about both lvl. 5's) less in weekly salary, but your old trainer wants 30k extra when you sack him..I hope this helps you plan when to replace your current trainer.Cheers
