As far as the ratings go, it all depends on the matchup of offense tactic versus defensive tactic. If team A is Prolific Inside D and mediocre Perimeter D and team B plays run and gun with respectable perimeter scoring and mediocre inside scoring, chances are team B is going to do well. You will also notice that your ratings will change depending on what tactic you choose. Playing 2-3 zone will make your inside d and rebounding better, while playing 1-3-1 zone will make your perimeter d better.
