It's hard to tell why. But what you experience here is often due to an error in the translation, using signs or letters that makes the page go to error page. It sounds inconsequent that only this player should cause an error. Beeing LA you surely know how fragile these pages often are. Could you look into the tags according to 'playerBox' and the ones below that under 'Translations'. I can't think of anything else ...
