Think about if you were the player - Would you want your career to be ended by being fired, or would you want to be able to make the decision of when you want to leave the sport on your own?
Also, in response to your statement, look at some of the players that are stars today. Do you think that their skills will trickle down to almost nothing by the time they are 40? No, of course not! They will still be good, if not great, players in the league. We'll need a retiring system to control the amount of old players playing in the BB system.

And in my opinion starting age should be 29-30 not 34, with something like 5%, so this means that 5% from current division 30 years old players will decide to end their careers.

We could also add on this.
29, 1%
30, 2%
31, 3%
32, 5%

the skilldowns becomes more worse every season, and such a system makes it to a managing and not such a random point.

I don't think there should be any change that would forcibly remove a player from your roster.

Skill loss and the progressive inability to heal injuries already work like a natural filter where the usability of players is concerned.

I don't see a reason to create a situation where one team can get an advantaga based on sheer dumb luck.

Well, we could create a notice so the player could know that their player is retiring 2 weeks before the end of the season. That way, the team could make any changes that they want to before their player retires.

This doesn't help in any way with the problem I pointed out.
