Why assume .5?

The reason I assume .0 to begin with is because then you know every pop that is going to happen (and some will happen earlier than expected because they will have had a higher sublevel)

So if I train a skill that gives .75 to the sublevel. Then after 1 training if it pops I will say that the lowest possible sublevel I can have is .0 again. Does that make sense? If I train it again and it doesn't pop then the lowest sublevel I can have is .75. Then if I train it again it should pop, and if it does pop then I set the sublevel to .5. That means it should pop this week as well.
I guess I use it as a guide because I am trying to train my player to gaurantee 1 pop every week.

He also depopped in stamina.

He's an perennial allstar (7), so his potential is a bit low...but he can still be a good player :)
(and yes, I give him 1 position training... :) )
