It's is possible to build the arena if you have space where to build those seats. You can still easily play in that arena.
The price changing suits this game. There is no team that changes ticket prices weekly. We could have 3 price changes per season, but this would create more hassle. So it's easier to implement ticket price changes for everyone at the same time. So if you know you are having a bunch of away games you will not win. Lower your prices. It's called management. If we would allow weekly ticket price changes we need another fan survey added with "happy with ticket price changes lately", this would go to one ball if prices are changed weekly.
It's illogical to change a luxury box into bleachers. Noone will buy your luxury box seats and interior or change that to eight bleacher seats... Demolishing a luxury box would prolly cost more than buying those bleachers without the demolishing.

And you're constantly wasting everybody's time by answering the same message to anyone who's showing you that one of your 2156 suggestions is pointless.

You said you wanted this game to be more realistic. Changing prices once per week or even more often is not realism. Real life teams set one price per season. They might have different pricing for different leagues, but that is about it. No team changes prices during the season. Same with the arena. But options we have at the moment in the game, suit the game better than real life. Just like transfers suit the game better than signing contracts for number of seasons with no salary increase and losing the player for nothing to free agency just because he does not want to play in divII/III/wants to have a shot at the title for less money etc.
We need to have rules in the online game to avoid kaos. Transfers, building, pricing, taxing etc have to be regulated, so running a club would be a challenge. With having the option of changing the ticket price before every home game does not stimulate thinking and evaluating/scouting upcoming opponents and schedule. Obviously it's hard to do something when you have a first encounter a new situation. For example: I relegated to divII after spending one season in divI. I had the prices written down before I promoted, set the same price at my arena, but with relegation and bad season I had an unexpected low attendancy with the same prices I used to fill my arena in divII 2 seasons ago.

Count them again. He will correct you if you use the wrong numbers proving your whole post is pointless then.

If you are not going to do the actual programming for all your crazy pointless useless ideas...then maybe you should have a clue why everyone gets on your case and hates your ideas so much.

But, I don't hate this idea, actually, I like it.

xD

What? It makes no sense. How exactly do you turn a nosebleed into a Courtside seat????

you pay money to build a courtside seat....reducing nosebleeds is a totally different action.

Anyone who has even a rudimentary understanding of architecture and geometry should understand that this idea only makes sense if you are watching tron on acid.
Building 200 seats in one week is reasonable?

yes, Phoenix Hagen did once more with a fan projekt to get the license in league one.

The logic fault is, that teams start with a 5k arena and end up with a 20-21k arena when they are done.
