Only a question for BBs... Why? Why are about 20 hours of delay in updates? We want, sorry, we need more information about problems! Server problem? Internal code problem? I'm so sorry for be hard with this words, but I think we have the right to know about the root of our problems. Sorry but is the truth.
Greetings.

There are no league games for one entire week... why are you all so stressed out about the standing?!

It's not about the standing, Thelonius. It's about the lack of information, and delays in general.

It's been at least 8 weeks, since last time training came on time. Last 2 weeks, delay for box scores was absolutely unacceptable (about 5 hours 2 weeks ago).

And last week, the updates on the classification table took 14 hours!! I understand this week delays are related to AllStar. But there is no information at all, and we are starting to be tired (not stressed out), about all this things...

As it has already been pointed out, the allstar calculations have affected everything else. There is no need for getting upset about it, since it happens every season.

I'm sorry, but I cannot agree with you.

I agree this week is different because of the AllStar calculations. I can't really blame anybody for this. It requires more work, so everything gets a bit delayed. Fine, and absolutely understandable.

But what about the previous week? On saturday the 10th, box scores were available 5 hours after the end of the matches. I guess AllStar is not having anything to do with this (correct me if I'm wrong).

And, as I said before, the complain is not really about the delays, but about the total lack of information from your side (I'm not talking about yourself, of course). Is it so difficult to add a note saying "today's box scores will be available in about 3 hours", for example?

We've been trying to address every delay (mostly training) with a note saying how late it was and it has again become an issue, since the delay was not the same in all countries or something else was wrong. Whatever we do in never enough and people complain. We are aware that there will be delays in the future, but since we are a very small dev team, we can't even cover the whole day on BB, let alone update the notes about the delays. Also, it would add to our already very busy days and would slow our other work.
One day in the future we will make a feature that will show how long the delays are automatically, but for now, it is up to us to do it manually.

It would be fine that you were more explainers when we have delays in future. Only this. Not all technical reasons, but an "We are having problems with the server, or the data proccessing", or what your mind are able to imagin, would be good.

I think the biggest problem right now is the train. Certainly there are people who can not afford to be 2-3 hours waiting to appear due to delays at this point no one has yet explained, and which we do not see short-term solution.

On qualifications and classifications, I am the first to have no problem in seeing them the next day if it is the best solution (although with good reason), but it's a very frustrating feeling being updated and not knowing when updating will.

So the problem that I personally noticed is lack of communication and concern for users. I understand that you have lots of work but you have it thanks to us and it seems that our long and frustrating wait is not of your interest, or at least that's the feeling that I see.

Only ask for information and things start to improve as soon as possible, because my interpretation of your words is that this will continue for a long time.

And all this goes with the best intentions.

I hope the translator has not missed much.

Regards.

Duarte, next time send me the text, and I'll translate it for you ;)

But I definitely agree. Users are experiencing the feeling that they're not important, that BB is not really caring about them. And this is a game, but it's also a business, as some of them are paying a supporter fee.

Is well known that in every business, customer is having the right to be informed (and I'm not even coming to the "customer is always right" rule). If customers are not informed, they are getting angry. And then, they are not feeling satisfied with the service provided, so they stop paying for it.

In this case, the risk for BB is that there are a lot of supporters thinking about not renewing their supporter membership, and the ones not being supporter, they don't want to buy it until they are seeing that issues are solved.

And, as Duarte says, all these posts are only having one intention: to let BB know how its customers are feeling, and what should be done so they are becoming happy and satisfied again ;)

I don't know how you guys came to a conclusion that we don't care about our users. It is a very hurtful statement to make but an easy accusation to get away with, since there are delays, and since we haven't fixed them, it must mean that we don't care. You seem to ignore us when we say that we are doing everything we can to avoid delays, so I'm not going to repeat myself. Also, it's a complicated problem with no obvious solution. I've said that before too. We try to inform users whenever we can if there are delays too. We definitely care, it's the users who don't pay attention to what we are saying that feel the other way.
