Ich will jetzt keine Stars trainieren, sondern eine Mannschaft die insgesamt in der 4. Liga konkurrenzfähig ist.

Wenn ich mit der Mannschaft jetzt z. B. Passspiel alle Positionen trainiere, dann ist doch der Gesamteffekt höher, als wenn ich nur mit PG Passspiel trainiere, oder? Oder ist das nicht richtig?

Nehmen wir mal an, du würdest so das Maximum von 15 Spielern mit 48 Minuten wirklich trainieren. Dann bekommt jeder wenn du Glück hast, vielleicht +0.1 auf seinen Passen-Skill pro Woche (eher weniger). Den Unterschied wirst du erst bemerken, wenn du imho 2-3 Saisons Passtraining für alle gemacht hast. Und dann hast du die Spieler bei Passen+2, sagen wir mal. In der Zeit sind die die anderen Teams mit Training für 1 oder 2 Positionen komplett enteilt, weil sie ihre 3-6 Spieler, die sie trainiert haben, deutlich schneller gefördert haben.

Trainierst du aber nur drei Spieler, bekommt jeder ca. +0.3-0.5 pro Woche. Die drei Spieler werden dann innerhalb weniger Wochen deutlich besser passen können.

Jetzt ist Passen einer der Skills, die man wirklich auf jeder Position brauchen kann. Aber trotzdem brauchen das die PGs und SGs deutlich mehr als z.B. ein Center.

Das Training ist abhängig von:
- gespielten Minuten pro Woche auf einer Trainingsposition (am besten sind 48+ Minuten; in der Wochenübersicht wird die Zeit dann grün angezeigt)
- Größe des Spielers
- Alter des Spielers
- Art des Trainings
- Anzahl der Trainingspositionen
- Potential, aber nur als begrenzende Obergrenze. Superstars trainieren nicht schneller als Stars, sie können nur (deutlich) mehr lernen.
