1. Allow exhausted players to still play 48 minutes at the reduced skill levels.

This. And older players have to suffer more. I train since the beginning and is not common to see players over 30 yo still trainable so put a big drop with old players and reduce it in proportion when they're younger. Probably you'll not delete the problem of short rosters but at least these teams have to spend millions on the TL to buy strong players around 27-29 yo.

All of those points that you outlined are great ideas imo, especially number 4 (not only for high stamina players but in general), and should be done asap but not before the end of the season. The same is valid for this new exhaustion implementation.

I realize that the aim is to do something about the short rosters fast enough to punish them for this season's decisive phase but I can't really stress enough how important it is to give users heads up, announce planned changes well in advance in order for managers to have enough time to make adjustments and prepare. That's how it was in the good old days and it was impressive.

Besides, as we witnessed recently, those planned changes might not be as good a solution as the person implementing them thought they would be. Thus, discussion and adjustments to the changes themselves might be needed, again leading us to how important heads up is.

Last but not least - I'm impressed at your synthesis of the discussion. In my opinion, with those four points, you have taken everything really important and if all those are well implemented you will have solved several major defects in one shot. Kudos!

I'm sure you can check and you'll see that probably less than 5% trains 3 players. You may drop drastically the efficency of the 3 players over 36 minutes in an exponential way. In this way you may let free to train and force top teams to have at least 3 decent backups

Anyone know which games are currently being played with the new exhaustion rules? And has it been confirmed the playoffs will be played with the new rules?

This implementation is a complete joke! 30pt 4-th quarter differences in very close B3 games... Well yeah, those players do get exhausted but they are not in wheelchairs...

Perfectly realistic. Way to go, Marin!

Indeed there's something wrong with how much exhaustion impacts these games...

And I had another similar problem in mine (119393940).
Even though they all had subs, 4 of my starters didn't rest until the beginning of the 4th quarter, when they all got exhausted at the same time ! This resulted in my bench and reserve playing all together during many minutes while the game was still close.
And I guess I was lucky to have this reserve cause then maybe I would also have faced a -30pts in this 4th qt ?

It already made no sense that high stamina players didn't get subbed at all because of their stamina. But now it's even worse since they all get exhausted in the beginning of the 4th. And we've seen how huge the impact of exhaustion is.

Please let high stamina players have some rest in each qt. And maybe take a look at the exhaustion impact formula

This is a must have if exhaustion continues. It will end up punishing teams with high stamina players even if they have backups/reserves. Others will face the same case as you were their players all get exhausted at the same time. As you mentioned it is dumb that coaches attempt to play starters 40+ minutes in many situations when this is obviously not optimal for game shape.
