This kind of died out. Anybody see any good match ups? I notice Beat Down is still in after Sam And dropped a 53 with 55 shots. There is a III vs. IV match up. There are NO DI vs DI matchups even though 8/32 are from the NBBA! I guess that means next week there will HAVE to be at least one or more.

Final Tally: 8 NBBA
16 DII
7 DIII
1 DIV (Team Sam Anderson)

Has ANY NBBA team been pushed at all so far? I thought Libburn would give the Auerbachs a scare, but it was a blow out.

I'm rooting for Cinderella. (Team Sam Anderson)

Would making the cup a fixed bracket once we get to the round of 64 make it more interesting for people not involved? Could even do a tourney bracket competition ala the NCAAs. Just a thought.

I thought my game would be closer. And he CT'ed vs my TIE. Fortunately for me, it didn't matter.

Thanks for the support.

Last night Sam had 53 points and 15 steals.

The team had 38 steals I think.

My team has been very lucky. Packer should have beat me but we had a misunderstanding.

The following game I hit a shot at the end of redulation to tie the game and then I hit a late shot to win in overtime.

The last game was not too bad. The other team just could not hang on to the ball.

Team ratings are effort-independent.

(By contrast match-ratings are said to be effort-sensitive).

True. Though it's also worth mentioning that I started my backups at C and PF for the game. :) (Wound up with a 24/24 and 25/23 split for minutes with the A-teamers.)

True. But I still like to say that I hit sensational ID with my backups starting.

Nevermind that my enthusiasm was high, game shape is pretty good, I played 2-3 for the first time in what seems like forever, and the minutes split ensured high stamina/performance. :)
