my stadium is too big to even sell-out in D. V anymore....

my rookie Bryant is very similar to the guy you just bought for 102K

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: respectable ↑ Handling: pitiful
Driving: strong ↑ Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: inept ↑
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: atrocious

so your posting gives me a good gauge of where his salary will be.

I hope you don't demote... that'd be depressing.

Sounds like you spent a bit more than i was really pointing for you to spend, but at the same time as you mentioned this one actually has multiple positions he can cover for as a 6th-7th man in your future lineup. I don't know that his inside defense hurts him all that much, if you are training guards at all between now and seasons end, i think that he'd be better off just getting better at Handling, Passing, OD, or even a little better in shooting jumpers. He probably poops on Ashley Conroy in terms of overall vitals, so you could either search for a SF or PG and just put this guy somewhere else. I'd think based on just salaries that the following is the lineup you should have going into your next must win

PG: Mykyta
SG: Ye
SF: Stillfried
PF: Vasko
C: Sol

You have Muniz as a bench guy thats slightly below average atm. and then you have a handful of 2k guys that can fill out 2-3 more bench spots and hold a roster spot until you can upgrade another slot or two. I think this increased your chances far more than playing with the enthusiasm boost.

got this 18yo PA C with 7'2", did 2 rebound training and he popped twice, very excited to get him in the team soon, now he has proficient reb and the other primaries are all good to start with, ID not too good, but workable... with a few weeks he might be a good backup and next season could potentially start for me... got him off the TM for 15k and now he should sell for like 300k if I wanted to sell him...

All i can say 102k for that player is over spent by about 80k.

You can get players better for less then 50k. All you have to do is be a little patient.

http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/9569410/overview.aspx This 1 is older but also alot better. Doesnt need training and will do more for u then ur 24 year old will ever do.

People are too afraid to spend money on OLD players. Keep this in mind if u dont train them, you dont need young guns.

P.S.: Relegating might be a good idea too. Get a good draft and make some money off of that. I just think he started the wrong way with his team, but thats just my opinion. i think you should always have about 12 players regardless.

3 trainees- 3 semi trainees (incase u do 2 spot training) 6
if u train guards u need 4 bigs (2C and 2 PF) if u train Bigs u need 4 guards (2SG 2PG)
and to complete the team 2 SF.

yeah I know 102k is dummy like but I was in a rush to go to school...........I was like, c'mon guy stopped getting bided. then my mom was like It's time to go to my bus stop so then I just plopped 102k bid to make sure he get's to my team. You see my school is making me NOT get good players. The only free days I got are vacation days and sat and sun........that's basically the only days I can go to TL and get a chance for a great player, hence, too many people are on on Sat so that basically scraps it.

I want to change to a 26 avg year old team...........not stay at 31-33 cause then before you know it they're nobodies.

I want to stay established. If you look at my short career no season I had an average of 15 plus games played. So if there was EVER (just using as an example, not suggesting it) a work together secret abtribute then I'd be crushed..........basically.

PS: started in S19 not like I started in S20.

the reason why I got into all this relegation mess was b/c I had too many old players on my team. I had 34/35 yr old guys that would be stomped in D4 and right now I'd probably have only 1 or 2 extra wins........so then I decided to blow up the entire team just to get some extra cash. So now I am in rebuilding mode. I just need a starter and then I can get some W's and stay at a 5th place standstill. That's all I need. A couple of medium seasons, may get a star or two in the meantime, or a steal, finish my arnea. After that just pump up the players and I should be D3 competitive.

Having a few old players isn't bad at all. spending hundreds of thousands of dollars every few seasons on 4-5 guys you have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to then replace is a vicious cycle that does people no favors.

I pretty much agree with you spending too much, but the market for cheap players has kinda dried up this late in the season (earlier on i found a ton of good players for half the price). The good news is the current player wont be declining for a long long time.
