My Merchandise Profit went way up too.
Also are you going to stop bitching about not having a center now?

I won't be bitching as much, if that butters your toast. But Strauss is just a temporary fix, and might serve well as a backup in the future, but he's not what I really needed. He did, however, add some much-needed depth at the position, so that I don't have an embarrassment like Navikonis out on the floor for a game in II.

I take it you're getting a bump from Perry on the Nats?

I believe his salary is inflated because of it so its a wash.

Technically, he wasn't on the NT when salaries were updated, so that wouldn't be relevant.

Or you're saying the whole reason he's so highly trained (and therefore expensive) is because of your desire to make him a NT player, in which case you can simply ignore my first sentence, and instead listen to the chorus of Radiohead's "Just."

Nah. I know what skills I trained to what levels and what affect it will have on salaries. I did it for my own benefit (future sales mostly) as well as the US NT.

I know the salaries are now skewwed and I know they no longer are "as good a predictor of skill level" but in regards to your point, there should have been no one on the NT at the time of salary updates since the coaches cut everyone to scout. Perhaps past NT games count?

Not my toast, but it butters my sweet muffin. Now, who wants to take down that sweet muffin?

I was actually surprised by how little difference there was in the planned salary and actual salary of my trained players, given the salary tweak. For instance, Timmons is about $1k more expensive than projected, while Ludwig is about $1k less than expected.

I don't remember, does that require lemon juice or vegemite?

I guess it sort of depends on how you train. It doesn't look like your salaries moved much at all. I could have trained more passing for example and received essentially free training but decided it would be more worthwhile long term to hit some other hurdles before potential caps were reached (they seem to be for Gipson).

I didn't expect much movement, as I spent the majority of last season finally addressing some of Timmons' weaker guard skills, and moving a guy from awful to mediocre in something isn't going to move his salary much at all. Ludwig, whose guards skills were better to begin with, saw a larger % increase than Timmons.

Is the drop off that noticeable? If so, how much of one are you experiencing?
