He'd actually do surprisingly well at PG, I think I'm surprised the Italian U21 isn't more interested...

It helps training to have older players on the court during road television games. I recommend a full 48 minutes of Ilmar Castell at SG, as well as Fabian Lauinger 48 min at center.

My Recommended Lineup for 5/31/2011:
PG Leonard Troìa
SG Ilmar Castell
SF Eric Lincoln
PF Floyd Hinojosa
C Fabian Lauinger

All should play a full 48 minutes as it builds character & increases experience quicker.

Idk, I think I'd rather have King Drive Ballers on the road if he is tanking the season. Kind of a waste of home court advantage. I don't really pay too much attention to TV games and rivalry games, I don't even know who my rival is off the top of my head. But yea maybe will help with attendance.

hmmmm interesting idea
I think I might swap Troia and Ilmar though, with Ilmar's age he can be a real floor general.

just wondering, why did you pick this game to go "all in"? (best lineup + normal effort)

not that it was a terrible idea. just curious. (seemed kind of odd as you've basically thrown your other road games.. & it wasn't a tv or rivalry game..)

lol, actually caught me off-guard. had noticed you've never started your big money players 2 games in a row. & your next game is vs. your rival... thought you'd save your a-lineup for then. i mean your best player (11284725) had as many minutes this game (40) as he had total league minutes (41) for the entire season!?

nothing personal at all :)

Thought I may be able to change it up and get a win (thought I should have)... Obviously in hindsight I wish I would've gone TIE and saved a few minutes for game shape reasons.

With Schieb, since he's a SF and I'm training him inside right now, I've got to pick and choose his minutes, and I decided it may be worthwhile tonight. Guess not :(

Good win nonetheless...

ah, makes sense then.

yeah, was a *real* close game til the final 3 minutes. looked like your quick start (10 pts in the first 3 minutes?) might do me in. started my worst defensive guard, & a $13k SF..

Yup, definitely. I got pretty excited when I saw your starting lineup... appartently my team just got lazy when they saw it though :)

good game & nice win.
weird game too... it was when your bench was in that you started scoring like crazy. your $54k SG had a +/- of -13, but the $11k backup was a +19! similar with your starting/backup PF as well. my $44k backup PF, on the other hand, decided to wet the bed, lol.

anyway believe it or not i felt certain you were going to win by exactly 2-3 points (as soon as i got the 19pt lead). have been on the winning side before where a team gets what i felt to be an undeserved big lead on me. 99% sure it's untrue, but in my games like that, it felt almost like it went into an auto-win mode. where all the action that takes place was just to fit a predetermined outcome. (like some kind of formula you see coming a mile away).

make no mistake, you deserved to win that game... probably by a lot more to be honest

You are mistaken. I deserved to win that game. I don't care who was playing, I should be the winner.
