I did not expect to win this one at all. Surprise, surprise! ;)

Good win, carrying another major injury this season has screwed over any b3 chances for me sadly. I've had to play my scrubs to make sure my lads get good minutes.

Heh. Well, my post in here wasn't exactly serious. Was just excited / tryna have fun in the forums.

I'd TIE'd 3 games in a row and I have 2 more coming up, had to use some enth somewhere. I know what you mean though, I knew a win here was unlikely and equally so in the next round. Happy to have had a go though, and it went better than I expected (especially defensively). Offensively I thought Fontes / Mary might hit more shots and Robleza has been awful most of the season until today (he missed basically everything in the 4th, shooting #s looked better before that q). To not have a go would've been boring amongst other things.

My league is gonna be close yeah, I'm more concentrated on training than staying up...If I go down because of a ridiculously tough conf / imbalanced league...well, maybe it'd not be the worst thing anyway.

Good luck in the rest of the comp, 2 in a row would be nice/impressive.

The advice I would have given you would have been not to bother CT seeing that you should be concentrating on doing well in your league and there was absolutely no chance of you winning the Tournament so for the sake of winning a match you have messed up your league chances. Not good when you are sitting last

Also by writing in this thread you more or less let me know you were desperate so I expected a CT - hence I adjusted to normal when I would have normally TIE at this stage.

Wow.

Gutted to get yet another injury in a game. The same happened last season at this stage on the road to a CT. Comgrats to Cranston, I hope you manage to make the final, it's a good fun experience

Thanks mate, I tuned in 20 minutes into the game and was quite surprised to be winning :O
2-3 zone is supposedly broken and my team isn't built to play LI but your injury and the CT helped I guess ;) Hopefully I have enough enthusiasm left to beat the Div 2 guy and make the top 4.

That's the tournament, its always worth having a go. I was just glad Folo wasn't permanently injured, being down 1 guard has already screwed my B3 this season, being down two and i'd had probably just sold the entire team and re-rolled the dice for the next 10 seasons plan.
