Even so it was a good win by your team, your ratings were great, the Cyborgs were just over matched plain and simple, your team is extremely good as well as a few other teams in this league that will cause the Cyborgs a lot of grief in future matches.... might have to add a few more mirrors and get a new smoke machine if I want to stay in the playoff chase... good game and well done by your team..

Conference records evened out after tonight although the Great 8 does seem a little better as far as top 5 go.

11/20/2021 - Upsyndrome has just acquired Warren Newby for $ 112 700.

Warren Newby was pick 1 in the season 37 draft by Upsyndrome.

Trained, sold in season 43 for $2.5 million; came home for $112,000.

Haha. Good eye, detective! You’re investigation skills, scouting, attention to detail, forum participation and overall activity level remind me of a few NBBA managers I’ve played against over the years. They’re all D1 champions so not bad company to be in. I have a hunch you’re headed in that direction.

I typically don’t go the sentimental route and reacquire former players, because it can be pricey if you let feelings get in the way of business; however, the price was right to bring this particular prodigal son back and I felt there was a need.

Originally, Warren Newby was my main prospect that I had planned to build my team around before business got in the way and I was forced to sell him. Unfortunately, Newby did not play a part in my NBBA/B3 run, as planned, and the manager that acquired him failed to train him significantly enough beyond the 120 TSP mark I originally sold him at. So to my dismay, I watched from a far as his potential was completely wasted.

Anyways, he’s back where he belongs and he’s ready to contribute again. All is right in the world.
