Mam potwierdzenie - rozmieszczanie drużyn po awansie (jak i tych spadających) jest całkowicie, w 100% losowe.

Ok, a tak z ciekawości czemu ta zasada:
When there is a best-of-three series, the team with the higher standing has the home-court for the first match and for the tie-breaker (if a third game is necessary), and the lower-ranked team has the home-court for the second match.a
nie ma zastosowania w barażach o utrzymanie?

Hm, dobre pytanie.
Myślę, że w tym przypadku traktują "higher standing" jako miejsce 6, bez względu na bilans sezonu regularnego, ale mogłoby to być wyraźnie określone (tak jak to jest w polskiej wersji językowej ;).

Ja osobiście formy wyższej niż sprawna nie widziałem.A co do kondycji to gdzieś wyczytałem,że najwyższa to może być znacząca ale szybko spadnie do sprawnej

kiedy bedzie wybrany MVP?...czy w przyszlosci bedzie moze opcja MVP sezonu zasadniczego? MVP play offow i MVP meczu gwiazd?...bo niby na NBA sie opiera w dusym stopniu BB,ale jakos nie we wszystkich kwestiach...
