i love your advice and brilliant ideas.

In a minute I will send you a list with the players whoms coaches you can contact.

since I will step down as U21 at the end off the current campaign, because even after I tried there is no real interest in the U21 team from the english community, so there is no fun for me to run it, you can start preparing another go at the U21 election early.

I have 1 question for you already. Since you are so interested in running the english U21 and want the best for this team, why arent you training any english players? Looking at your squad I dont see any real super trainees anyway so why do you think you are the right person to become U21 coach?

Good question! I've been trying to buy a good prospect for England, but it's not easy. Right now, I'm training Centers, and I have 2 trainees, Claudio Assis, whom I expect to be my star in 2 seasons, and a Brazilian, who I'll sell the next season. As you see, I have 1 spot available in my team, but there's one thing I need: money. Unluckily, most of the players for sale have a starting bid way above the average and I couldn't afford them, so I decided to invest in some players for my team. Now I'm gathering money, so that, in the end of the season (after the daft), I can buy a good prospect.

PS: I already found some buyers for Elliot and for another good SF on the TL. They are portuguese but they can be trusted (they play basketball with me). I can help them in their training. Do you think it's still worth to talk to the other players?

you suggested to talk to other players... i never asked for it. i would be willing to buy this player myself and i am certain that a player with his skill set will be more than interesting for most very good coaches.

i hope your friends have 1.5-2 million to spend cause i expect him to go for that if not more...

i cant wait to see who you will buy next season to train for the U21.

My friend has 1.1 million to spend, but I think that is enough.
About the list, I was expecting a list with the best players, not the best prospects, maybe I explained wrong, because I already have my list with the best prospects. So, if anyone can send me that list, I would appreciate. If not, I will see in my list the users that can buy him

I was hoping elboss had a list with this. But this is a good time to start something that doesn't exist in England.

Imagine that you had a good trainee, but you wanted to sell him. You would talk about this with the U21 NT coach (or some other person who was responsible for this), and he would add that player to the database. And the reverse would happen too. You want to buy a trainee. You would give your requirements to the responsible, and he would send you the names of the players in the database that meet those requirements. If there were none, you had to wait until the responsible talks to you, with a new player from the DB. With this, the buy and sell of the players would be a lot easier, and there would be a lot more players being trained in England

you would need many active and interested coaches that are willing to train these players for the U21 and NT. in most active communities you have them and a plan like this. we dont have it. i tried to get more people interested and motivated, but have noticed this is an impossible task. i am more than happy to see you give a try and succeed where several other coaches have failed in the past.

I know that the community is small, but we have to start somewhere. The list, in the beginning, would be small, but I believe that it could develop in a season. And then it would develop more, and the users would start being more active, and so on...

What I think is the first step to this is having active threads, that can lead people to come here and post too. I will have to leave BB now, but, when I have time (Thursday maybe), I will try to start this.

Good! It's great to know that this player can go into good hands!

PS: What do you think of my idea of creating a "Database" of players English players available for sale?
