We caught up with Morwood of Rouge et Or and asked him about the Canadian U-21 and Mod-Bballin and this is what he had to say. When asked what he thought of Bballin, he replied, 'What do I think of Bballin. He's legendary. No one puts in more time and effort in promoting the buzzerbeater brand. He is very approachable and is especially great at making new members feel welcome. I know I sure owe a lot to him, as he gave me great tips when I started, when he could have just said piss off, new kid. He also introduced me to my mentor, KEVI right away. Letting me do the press releases for a season was great.
On “Professor” Bballin's philosophy of coaching, he said, 'I'm not an expert on his coaching style yet, as I've never played against him. He may have made a few mistakes here and there(that he owned up on), but consistently put out a great product. He was certainly the reason why I kept writing, as he was very approachable, taking the time to add his point of view whenever needed. He's an amazing ambassador for our country's buzzerbeater representation. Him winning the community award this year proves how instrumental and valued he is.'
On this Canadian U-21 season, he said, 'It'll be interesting to see how he re-develops the team this year following the loss of players like Curtis Worley, O'Higgins and others. But he is a very open-minded person and if help is needed, he will ask and the people will come! Last year, Greerzilla helped out a lot with tactics early on, but this year will hopefully be great with the help of our awesome vet managers(the Burnsies, Hounds GM Beener, GM Beanerz, the great RiP and others).
Easy to say when you're Bballin's ally, Morwood. Tomorrow, we will hear from Bballin's opponent in the offseason, Fwinns. Comments?

He's still better than Chris Chase on Yahoo!

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

We found our way into Fwinn's office and had a quick interview with him.
We asked him about Mod-Bballin and he replied, 'Mod-Bballin? You want me to talk about the guy that shattered my dreams of becoming one day the king of the (BB) world? Obviously he's not good given all the games he lost with the U21 squad, I mean in the real world, he would have been sacked at least 23 times!'
When asked about the record of Mod-Bballin last season, he said, ' Maybe Canadian electors are smarter than that and can see that the coach is only as good as the players in his roster, and maybe when you look at it this way he did a pretty decent job with great strategies and a few really great games that we should have lost. But the goal of every competition is not to be "good enough", you compete to be the best, period, second place is just the first place of losers.
And he left us a cliffhanger. 'Will he manage to motivate managers to train exceptional players? It's sure tough given that it's way easier to be good in BB if you just buy players on the TL, but if other countries can do it, so can Canada. I wish him all the luck in the world.'
There you have it guys, Mod-Bballin's evaluation from two point of views, who is next? Zmtomako, GM-Beanerz, Beener. You'll have to wait and see.

Canada vs Lebanon Preview:
The 27th ranked National Team in the World are in Lebanon and are getting ready to take on their 87th ranked Lebanese opponents.
Canada's last game was a scrimmage against Schweiz(Switzerland)which was a slam dunk victory.
Lebanon's last game was a loss to Denmark 92-122 in scrimmage play.
Canada's Big 19, Momar Maja and shooting guard, Herman Kearns are not short on confidence and stated that Lebanon is just a little stone in Canada's road to the championships.
We tried to contact head coach, zmtomako to no avail but all we can say is Go Canada Go.

Hey guys, just letting you know that David's Doses will have an award show at the end of the season. Since we support People Power, could you guys help brainstorm a few ideas for the show. Thanks.

David's Doses has received news that Canadian international, Christopher Moran is up for grabs in the transfer market.
Moran is a center who currently plays for the Pocitos Basketball Association in Uruguay. In the scrimmage Canada had against Switzerland, he had a team high 11 boards(rebounds).
Moran's starting price is 700,000 and his weekly salary is 260,337. Bidding is scheduled to end May 30, 2012 at 1:00:49 P.M.
He has a DMI of 1,610,600. He also has Hall of Fame potential.
We are sure a Canadian team signing him will mean one less burden for zmtomako.
