Well said. The most important thing is having our top managers having these aussie NT players on their teams and in tip top gameshape every week.

Nothing more fustrating than having NT players in poor gameshape because of neglect. I'll imagine it'll be doubly fustrating for the NT manager.

I believe mickyster has tried to tackle this problem by setting up federations and proactively getting many aussie managers to train home grown players.

A great example of Aussie managers now running with local talent is the ABBL last season, where every player that logged a vote for season MVP was Australian. Without looking, I'd guess that's the first time it's ever happened?

The Australian user base has died down over the last few seasons and we no longer have an active Div IV, which means there will be fewer high potential draftees and therefore less potential NT players. What plans do you have in place to make the most of the limited potential NT players?

None will go to waste. I will be on the backs of the bad managers with more potential players. Between train your high potential players or sell them or he will be a waste of money.

I have had some terrible managers with bad GS with my past U21 teams but, some weeks are better than others.
Again, you just have to contact them repetitively to see if they understand what GS is or how to make it better.

Well there does seem to be a issue linking federations atm. Wombat and the NT one both have had some issues. But I can assure you the Wombat Federation is still there.

I wonder why they moved the NT election result back to Tuesday instead of Mondays as it was previously. Just means now the winner's first game in charge is a serious one and one less day for scouting.

I put 7. If I put 17 on a SF then he would be a C.
His ID would pop along.

Now if they made organsing a nt scrim as easy as a club scrim, these things wouldn't happen!
