I think like any online game, the players should be heard . Even if it is for a general discussion , polls and choices . You accept or not the proposals (as seems to be your case ) is part , however I think that when some people are in favor of change , at least should be heard . Now, if the position is that no matter the opinion of the players, the boss are it better is explained because there the suggestions box turns merely figurative in the forum.

I keep my idea. even more to see that those who have opposed, or think wrong change, are in the minor leagues and ends in itself and explain my point that to train and be competitive is kind of complicated.

in fact, both are French.

The actual system can surely be upgraded but it has to be done step by step. Although I'm not fully convinced by the steps taken, Marin's approach to the problem has been the correct one IMO.

Exactly that.

Man, I agree with your position . However, always trained in the game , I'm in the game since the season 2. However , after arriving in the highest division , shows that it is unfeasible to train and be competitive . And that's the main top of this post. But it is important to have contrary opinions too, is very valid . Just wanted to understand what is your : would like some change, or keep it? Not only training, more as a whole, within the initial idea .

As I said earlier, I respect your opinion , because it is very valid too. I understand your logic of reasoning . However , they're second league of their country (not sure if already played the first alloy) , and like here in Brazil , the league 2 , we can very well train and compete . However , principal is not very difficult . Unless your treinee is already in the advanced stages of training.

Good, then hopefully we are reading ALL our idea here. For better or worse , we should at least take a position , a response to our suggestions . We'll be looking forward .

A major overhaul (remove 48min, speeding it, deregulate it) would be unfair to all the people that have been training so far.

That is a very commonly seen red herring, and nothing more. It simply isn't true. Anyone who has trained players well will still enjoy the benefit of well-trained players on their roster. Anyone who trains simply for profit isn't playing a basketball sim and should get no sympathy from anyone.
