Working the tl requires patience.

And there are loads of good players out there. Just have to look a tat longer sometimes. I do the same as SK
place a bid I get him I get him if not better luck next time.

Not under that name i dont.

The player i suggested tough bid 15k on last night at 11pm went without getting sold, so it just goes to show how easy it is sometimes as a lower division team to upgrade without a contest. Theres another opportunity or two this afternoon that probably don't go as cheap as 15k for tough, but might stay within his 40k budget. So even if school is in the way, he can still make a bid on guys maybe 4-10k higher if they have a bid on them already and at price if they dont, and who knows. Just don't put out 3-4 bids on guys in this manor, you might get caught.

That matchup right there was what an active vs active team composition would've looked like in terms of salary.

I don't think that tough was thinking about relegating, i think he was merely overconfident that good enthusiasm and a below average squad for the lower end of his league was enough to win it. And then realized it wasn't, and finally did something about it.

right now the Boston Lions Mountain Eagles matchups look like this now:

PG: $ 6 481--------$ 5 757

SG: $ 31 762--------$ 14 434

SF: $ 2 881 -------- $ 11 333

PF: $ 15 988 --------$ 9 606

C: $ 3 382 ---------$ 2 014

so right now my overmatched positions are SF and thats it. My advantage on him is SG. Then PG, C, and PF look about rightly matched. hopefully I can win this one here

Tough, you should of just listened to my advice on focus more on improving your team, than winning playoff games and beating Cometahalley in the finals.

you had the best record on your side, so promotion would happen no matter what...

I bought MANY good players for CHEAP, though they were not "playoff eligible" for me... and look how grandly that worked out for me now.

Direct comparisons don't mean everything, and you are banking on that awful C starting because of an unset lineup.

AMAZING WIN

The Mountain Eagles were able to hold off the Boston Lions by 1 point! THe final score in the match was Eagles 73, Lions 72. The Player of the Game was Ye Huaien, who had a great day (not shooting but good day) having 36 points, 4 boards, 2 assists, and 1 steal/block. When he covered Guard Claude Corcoran on the final shot, and bounced off the rim and missed Ye was looking at the scoreboard and was very delighted to see some high lighted words: (http://wongstock.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/ss-919672...)

"Man I'm glad it said Game Over when I made him miss that shot. I was so tired and stuff. I was barely able to do that. Now our team can ride on some wins right here. I think we can beat the next few teams in our path. I KNOW We can beat the next teams ahead of us!I KNOW We are one or two players away from a playoff berth. I KNOW We can fight! That's what we do! We will win. And now I have a chance to represent the Great 8 in the All Sar Game this Wednesday. I WILL be showing my skills and what I can bring to a winning team. I will make sure we get out of this relegation mess." Well here is PF Stillfried: "Man. Good win. SO close. I was barely able to hit that FT right there that gave us the Win. Idk what would've happened If I had missed both FTs. It would've been all bad. All I know is that now we are 4-9and gonna try to get to 5-9 next Saturday in our House. I know we can beat them. This is the perfect time to make our move. I have at least a few games left in my career and I want to end it with a playoff berth." Now here's Center Sol Scarborough, who hit a crucial three earlier in the game: "WOO! My first 3 ever made. I hope I could have some more. But seriously, it just took a lucky bounce. I didn't know what I was doing, but all I heard was tough saying, "shoot it!" cause the clock was at 2, I shot it and just preyed that I got it. This game was all about luck right here. Idk what would happen if that Center wasn't injured. It would've been all bad then. Now we could go to the ASB feeling happy and resting for the next slate of games in our schedule." Now here's tough: "We had a win. We won. We got lucky here. Their Center got injured. We took advantage and gone there and won. That's what we do. Ever since I got thrown out of that stadium, we have brought our game. I mean, we're actually now winning some games right now. And now we are going to go back home to Houston, rest, and then go to the court and win. So now we just will have to wait and see whether Ye will start or backup in the ASG, and whether or not he will be in the 3 pt contest. Just have to be patient. Now it's time to start winning again! Let's go Mountain Eagles!" Now wait as we will first hand the All STar Game as soon as we get the news. This is Derek Alston, reporting for The Eagle.

Breaking News

Mountain Eagles had just got Mariano Burruchaga for $25,000. Here he is as he was about to board the plane to take a flight to Houston. "Well I think this is a very rebounding team right here. I also think that they're real hot right now. So I think with me I can give them a few more wins and a little more advantage." Here's Ye Huaien on the new guy, "Great! Now we can REALLY start winning." Well this is Derek Alston, reporting for The Eagle.

great OD. And good handling. A perfect PG. Despite the horrible Jumping Skills he shouldn't shoot that much. SO hopefully HE WON'T shoot that much and pass. Good guy too. And cheap.

well, to be a great PG he should have great passing, which he doesnt have unfortunately, so even if he doesnt shoot, u might still have problems with TOs and whatnot. Nonetheless, great OD should help...
