Also, any in-game tactical adjustments made by your coach are in response to what your opponent is doing and how well it might be working.

good to know that these adjustments are also considered by the team ratings. Thanks for clarifying :)

Good explanation.

Interesting to know that opponents have a direct effect on the rate at wich players get tired, and thus, having an indirect impact on your ratings.

Nice work, once again. But I have a question: does the Parrot have something to say about 1-3-1 zone defenses? It would be nice to read it. And I can even give you some sort of sample, so you can show it to the Parrot, and maybe he can tell me how could my opponent team score 111 points agains my defense x)

But, again, it would be nice to hear something from the bird about 1-3-1 defenses.

looking forward to playing with your toy :)

Parrot: It is team-rating-optimal, you will train players that are as fit as they can be for optimum team ratings, while respecting your tactical priorities.

do the skill weights used in the team ratings really reflect the importance of the skills in the game engine?
I have thought that, for example, good OD and Passing skills for big men are more important then what is shown in the ratings.

Not if you think of passing on defence as interceptions and handling as quick hands. You've just got to make the leap and trust that the BBs were there waiting to applaud.
