Haha I see that platts is your favourite player :P
Next season, our outside will be much stronger, but our inside will be limited. This is an area that we certainly need to work on (however, it's something that can't be done over a night...which is a pain).

Why won't we take contact with U18 big mens general managers? Have you done this yet?

Are you planning to make him into a SF??? If so, you need to do one position training throughout and he may make the U21 when he's 21 year old. As of now, his skills doesn't really look attrative.

He's not perfect, but how many Indian 18 YOs are being trained? He's being trained as a SF. I think he'll make the U21 team easily, maybe even good enough for the senior team. He'll be a very good defensive player when he's finished, with sensational+ OD and ID by the age of 21.

We always need good defenders. now we have very low defence but good attacking players. I think he will have good change to make it to the u21. It takes time and you need to stick with your plan.

I guess you're right. There are only a few Indian managers that do know how to train players and when considering that, your player does have a good chance of making U21. But yeah like I said, one position training all the way IMO.
