Dionysis is an interesting case, coming from a competitive country, loading up on NT players and merch and pulling off some ridiculous day trades. 1.2 to 1.3, thats doable for awhile with all that merch/day trade money. 1.8 (is that right, didnt check?), that is so far beyond sustainable. We're in week 1 and im losing money with a 1.05m payroll that i wonder if its even worth it. Why try when there's no chance?

dyonisis has to full support of chinese community, though. It's like playing vs the whole chinese community.
They builid players exactly like he wants, even sacrificng some competitivity here and there
And he is able to sell players at borderline TPA prices finding noobs all over the world(and now having the history of the offers available it would be nice to see how the dynaimc of these transfers work)

They're building players exactly how ANY manager would want (for LI offense anyways). Who doesn't want a well rounded, salary efficient player?

Saying that they're being built specifically for one manager is beyond ridiculous as when they are transferred, any manager in the world can buy them. These players are being built for the Chinese NT, not for Dionysus himself. He's just been smart enough to save/make his money and buy up all these monsters as they become available.

Your forgetting that Mamba888 is running the Chinese NT ;)

I get that, but since we're talking about B3 the post made it sound like they're building the players specifically for his club team. Maybe I misinterpreted what he was trying to say.

Mamba 888 has been coach of China NT in the past, and he create a culutre in how building players, and he bought a lot of them
Those kind of players are very difficult to build, and you need to dedicate a lot of seasons to build those players in what is an anti-economic and in the end a boring thing, imho.Dyonisis had an history of having an almost full Chinese rosters, because Chinese managers are the only ones that loose so many time on player training, putting training for him and Chinese team a priority over their own club
And Dionisys is one of the most powerful club from an economic standpoint in the world,he has not trouble in buying a player
And make money the way he did...

Like I told you the salary cap would be unfair for teams like Dionysus. He has the same players for many seasons who have been trained by him,for many seasons he has played in B3's knock out stage and above all 11 of his 13 players are chinese and 4 of them are playing for the national team.A team built like that to me is a model team.I don't think that any manager would have any problem for it's high payroll.
I understand what you are saying and a salary cap would make B3 more competitive and unpredictable.
An other factor that could be incorporated in the game is something like a chemistry factor that could effect the performance of the players and it would change according to the transfers. The less transfers of the players the higher that factor will be.Probably each role would effect differently that factor. That would stop tanking because teams with cheaper roster would have better chances against more expensive rosters.

Firstly this is a game and not reality.
Secondly half of the teams in nba have payroll higher than the salary cap but they have extra taxes for teams that have payroll higher than the salary cap.Take for example the champions.Their payroll is almost 81 millions when the salary cap is 58.68 millions.Only the salaries of the the big three is about 6 millions less than the salary cap.
Thirdly nba is a company and they want to make profit(both the nba as a company and the teams). If nba wanted teams to actually respect the salary cap they would make strict rules and they wouldn't have the extra taxes. And do you think that teams won't make enough money to pay the extra taxes? So what would be the difference here in the game?Probably one more season of tanking.
Finally I believe that every manager can spend his money as he wish but there is always a price for our decisions. For example the manager of VS probably will win the B3 but tanking for 8 seasons he hasn't enjoy the game(at least I can't find what's interesting in what he did)

He didn't train his entire roster. He bought his most expensive player at age 27 after his training was virtually complete plus he's got a foreign player with a $100,000 salary that while he did train him, he's not home grown.

I was figuring that a salary cap would be around $1 million so he wouldn't have to do a lot to get to that figure (and he'd likely still have the best team). But it would stop people from loading up with a $1.8 roster, that's not how things are supposed to work.

I mean he bought some players and trained some of them (it's very difficult for anyone to train the entire roster) I should have written it better.
I wanted to underline that he bought the players not just to win a B3 but he wanted to created a team that he could afford but at the same time it would give him titles.I wanted to show that difference.
I also said 11 of the 13 players are chinese
