Can't disagree more. These programs do nothing more than help me compile stats and info that I need to help me figure out how to match my team up against others. It is much easier to use the help programs rather than sorting through teams to gather the information myself.

With equal teams, I would expect an informed manager to out-perform a non-informed manager more often. Anything that can give me a little edge without consuming tons of time is great in my book.
