How much less training do you get from types that are minimum 2 position vs those that give you the option to train only 1 position?

Let's say I'm trying to prioritize a young high potential guard. Is there any reason to be training 1 on 1 - Guards or am I better off sticking to Ball Handling - PG?

To my understanding, one on one give sub-levels to offensive skills (ie: jump shot, and if you train forwards, inside shot), whereas su level training on ball-handling distributes more toward defensive skill (ie: outside def) and passing.

Also worth noting, it depends whether your primary focus is handling or driving- one on one is for driving, but the two are tied closely together to where training one supports the growth of the other.

Thank you! I missed that 1v1 trains a different primary skill. Now it makes more sense because the primaries on the 2-position trainings -- jump shot, driving, rebounding -- can't be trained directly with 1-position trainings.

I'm guessing that 2-position trainings will increase the primary skill more slowly than 1-position, is that right? My intuitive understanding here is that there is the same amount of total skill added, but it's spread across more players. Not sure if that's the way it actually works though!

If you're trying to max a guy as fast as possible, is it just a necessary part of the plan to train some of the 2-position options because those skills won't come up fast enough via cross training?

Why my Center/PF have to defend so much mid range shots in a 3-2 zone?
Was there an engine change the last seasons?

Hello guys,

Is there any way to reduce injuries to some specific player (like train him more etc.)? I had one and he was injured like 4 times this season :D

Thanks
