I rather talk about sum of these two values: 20M + 28M = ~48M. It is sum of trade. And it is very small value in B3.
I saw few teams which have this sum over 100M, 200M or even 300M. This sum illustrate in which case trade is important (or not) to create strong club.
Difference under 0? In my opinion most of smart and good managers have this sum under zero. They manage their finances very good and therefore they have money to buy expensive players.
Managers with difference over 0 in most cases are good (luck) traders with much time, but they have weak manage skill.

For everybody who realizes that it's financially easier to start in d1 than d5, take a look at this fantastic suggestion of LA-Wolph in the suggestions forum:

Basically, one version of the proposal would be to keep NT's and cups national, but to have countries with very small user bases share a league so that every league has at least enough teams for 2/3 full divisions.

One crazy scenario:

This season B3 Champion: ILT
This season Iran Champion: Team X (no VS, no ILT team)

Next season B3 champion: that Team X
Next season Iran Champion: Team Y (no VS, no ILT, no X)
.
.
.
.
.

in 5 seasons there might be 7 representatives from Iran in the B3 :)
This "mission" will prove VS to be even bigger than Toroooo in his "let additional compatriot teams play in B3" :P

Do you think (guys from Iran) are capable of doing this?

Three Polish teams in the semis is a rubbish. Let's see 8 Iranian in the quarter-finals! :P

Perhaps there should be a change to the lifetime BBB invitation. Maybe just give the invitation to last season winner and let them qualify like everyone else, for the one after that. That way, there would be 3 teams max from one country. If there is an uneven number of teams in BBB, give out a wild card(s) to teams for countrys, that have only one team in the competition (or distribute wild card(s) to teams with highest world ranking).

Don't forget about the 33-35 spot. They belong to the three Polish teams. All the rest is for "Rest of the World" :D
