You have a great PF there, with very good peripherals. The driving and JS I love. I'd do an IS ID Reb rotation for 8 weeks, then 1v1 for forwards for 4 weeks, and then JS training

That should land him at

9 JS 7JR
3OD 8 Han
9 Driv 3 Pass
10 IS 7 ID
7 Reb

I would focus on training OD for the rest of this season. Then spend next season training One on One and Jump Shot.

His Handling and Passing are already good for the start, and will get better with OD training. JS and DR are quite a bit behind and need work before you can switch to more balanced training. OD is important early on to avoid matchup problems on defense.

you can do the 1on1 and JS first and the OD afterwards, if he doesn't kill you defensively or if you're only using him in scrimmages so far.

I wouldn't train my entire team; training fifteen guy is not very effective. Switch to two or even one position training to get a better basis for your team, and cut back on the non-trained positions until you have 10-12 players.
