If you're going to replace the trainer, first fire your trainer and DON'T buy another one until tuesday, or you will pay double (first the fee for firing your current trainer on Saturday and then a salary on Monday for your new trainer).

i disagree about the gameshape. The guys i train almost always get 48 minutes/week and don't go lower than 'strong' on GS

Hey Yodabig

i have decided that I am going to keep him. i am in this game for the long haul and if he is going to be as good as everyone says then hes definitely staying on my roster

as he popped in inside defense, i sent off a message to iwen about what to do next (still waiting on a response)

at the moment im still training him in pressure

in terms of him playing 48 minutes im pretty sure i know how to do it

play him as a starter (C) and also as a reserve and a backup

i did that in the scrimmage and he went to the bench with 40 seconds to go in the game! weird

any help on further training would be good mate, i want him to make the junior national team

Is this a language difference between australia and english? Pressure is training OD in my screen. Inside defense is trained by training inside defense. Since he did pop in ID (congrats) you're probably training the right thing, but just checking....

I see you're now training him with the minutes spread over multiple games. Nice safe choice, since you can start him in both your competition games. And sometimes it is actually more fun to not force trainees to play 48 minutes. Also his assists are awesome as a C. Good luck with promoting this season!

The irony of this entire thread is that Roozer sold him and now doesn't have a player younger than 31 on his roster.
