Without wanting to look at the entire data and coming to my own conclusion, is the sample size big enough to make any estimations on the effects of the trainer level?

I've been working on this and age, and both are getting there, but are still pretty noisy. The age one should be good enough to release pretty soon, but trainer level is rough.

Specifically, we have a ton of data with level 4 and 5 trainers (there's 22 training type-skill combinations that train at a high enough rate and have enough data to compare the training rate between them), but level 6 is still very iffy. Levels 1-3 and 7 are basically non-existent (1-2 users with level 7, none with levels 1-3). So the only comparison I have any confidence in for now is the level 4 vs level 5 one. So all of you hoarding those level 6 and 7 trainers should join up

Hmm... yes, it's definitely missing the 2011-11-18 handling pop. Can you try just resending that entry and see if it gets it? (each pop is sent separately, so it's possible our host just timed out when you sent that one).

Happy training day everyone!

In honor of the remarkably fast training update today, I've put up two new pages on the analysis page.

- The first is just a fun little stats page so you can see how many people are contributing data, and how much data we've collected so far (hint: over 1300 weeks, and 2600 pops at last check!). I'll add to this as I think of other fun things to display, and as time allows.

- The second, and more interesting one, is a first attempt to nail down the effect of age on training speed. We look at all training types that produced measurable training speeds in decent samples and compared the speeds among ages. The (weighted) average of these for each age is used to compute an overall rate relative to 18yo. The data is still pretty noisy, despite all the data we've collected, and unfortunately this is especially true for 19-20yo. But if you step back, the trend is pretty clear! I'll keep working on finding better ways to analyze this, but in the meantime, the plot will update automatically as more data is added, so it should become more and more accurate over time.

I've made this available to anyone who's added 4 weeks of training data, which should include all supporters, and all non-supporters who have been contributing since the start. If you don't have enough, this is meant to provide a little motivation to help us continue to get more data! (Note, the next one on the list is trainer level, which I'll probably set to need 5-6 weeks of data, so if you haven't started adding data yet, now's the time so that you'll have enough added when this does eventually come out).

Enjoy, and remember I'm always open to suggestions of other ways to analyze the data (time permitting)!

Do you have enough data to try and pinpoint what trainer level correlates with the values on the training speed analysis page?

This is a great tool. thanks for putting it together.

Did you clicked the Send to BB-Training button on the training menu? Did this button appears on your training menu at all?

This button doesn´t show up to my BB-account.
What am I doing wrong?
There seems to be no script installed with the greasemonkey addon.
