Yes, It's about 21,000 with a max arena, but prices must be adjusted accordingly so that you get 10,000 bleachers and 10,000 lower tier each game, for max income.

most seats ever sold might be more interesting thing to look for.

Or the most a farm ever spent on a level 7 trainer 3 days before teh auction even expired. 4 or 5 million maybe?

Most Lower tier ever sold miight be interesting as well...or most money made on a homegame.

The reason is that deviding your attandance between 10K bleachers and 10K lower tier is the most profitable thing you can do. It brings the most income a game you can achieve, even with min prices on the lower tier.
