I can remember matches where Lucky Fans has not the power that normal players are fouled out after 15 minutes, maybe that was matches where not all players where Lucky Fans..

Of course it does not make sense that normal players are fouled out from Lucky Fans, this needs to be changed also.

No, it happens in games without forfeit as well, for example if one team set only 3 normal players.

at least the effort used by a team that makes a WO should be MOT

it is incredible that a team can use this option to get a concrete position in the classification and even he can play PIC ...

That's actually an idea.

Another idea (already suggested) would be issuing a fine to the manager of the team that didn't show up. I don't know, something like 100k.

Messing with shapes would be hard to code probably... I wouldn't go for that.
I'd use your suggestions (forced MOTS) AND a fine.
If someone forgets to do the lineup it's his fault, not once but twice, because you can set up a standard lineup just in case.

If the team that forfeits doesn't receive any minutes at all for their players, which seems fair since they didn't play, then it wouldn't need much of a change at all. No minutes for a forfeit would automatically lead to lower GS.
