No kidding, almost TWO million! Let's say he's making about 1 mil, that means his OT is another million, so he's losing 2 mil per week!

1.5m a week, if he's 1m extended he pays 500k tax, so 1m standard loss + 500k tax.

I know I'm running with a loss, you don't need to be a math teacher to see that. :)

I saved up 20+ mill while I was inactive, and now I'm spending it all on one season, hoping to win B3.

But if I had bought younger players it would probably have been more expensive, and I wouldn't have as much depth as I have now.

Well, I don't think 34 is bad age, considering the price drop.

So far at least, I have had very good experiences with 33-34y players, with career extension coach, they don't drop much over the course of the season.

If I was competing, I wouldn't mind taking for example a 31y player, and counting that he will be good for about 4 full seasons. It's a long period of time, more than a RL year. You get them for cheap, and they have good experience as a bonus.

The main issue I have with older players is money value, since I'm trying to buy a player, use him few seasons, and then sell at about the same price.
