I simply looked at the data collected in there, modified some formulas and added what I needed around 15 seasons ago (then updated the coefficients when you did too): a GS calculation macro, skillset evaluation tools and a slightly different prioritisation system in the training simulation page. It's a great tool even in the base form, the only criticism I have is that I would have used named ranges. Obviously some of the team ratings are not exactly accurate, but I doesn't really affect the utility of the spreadsheet.
Was the 0.3 after cap a wild guess or was it based on some data?
The capping knowledge is relatively harmless though. You know training will be slower after that, but that's about it. Most people already can tell player is capped when a pop doesn't come repeatedly when it's supposed to. Those who train without using the training simulator or CP to track sublevels would benefit as they would get information it would take much longer to acquire. Then they would have a choice between training over cap or get a new trainee. I have trained willingly over the cap on 2 relatively high potential players and plan on hitting 11 potential on a guy I'm training right now (if I can afford the salary).
