Hanguk U21 59 - 72 Hong Kong U21
(41402)

pretty much a non-factor, and an expected result. A loss to the powerhouse Hong Kong U21. We at least managed to keep it somewhat close. And next week we play Australia. Either way, we're into round 2, but let's put up a good showing!

on a separate note, we have a new team?
Ulsan Sport (40870)
don't expect that one to hang around for long, but here's to hoping

and lastly
Good luck Hanguk NT!!!
I'll be tuning in to cheer you on!

On another note

players to watch for on the market

Kun-Young Ki (41205188)
soul crushers has taken good care of him and will be a fair pickup for anyone who's up for the task

In-Shik Kim (43090860)
probably on the market in about 2 weeks time
let's just say TSP: 41
it's pretty tough to swallow, but being an HOF, and 7'0" tall, he should be able to pick up the lost time quickly

Sang-Woo Lee (43090849)
also probably on the market in about 2 weeks time
TSP: 51
height of 5'10", has the makings of a good guard

Well, that didn't go as hoped with the losses ... but still, I guess Statsman, you're on the right track. And Perpete, you're just trying to end the season on a bright note in order to be really competitive next season, I guess?

Great that a couple of new trainees are going to be on the market soon ... even though that means that a new manager didn't stick around. But the players will definitely help. The young perennial allstar has a great size in order to catch up quickly - and the same goes for the HoFer ...

... and yes, thanks again for the nomination. As I told you, I'll be sure to get you some of the ups that you've always wanted for Kim

Well, that sounds good! I guess that Eun-Ik Baek probably had something around 2 Mio DMI in his prime ... I wasn't following the Korean NT that closely at the time but from time to time I did look at the team. But it's great that he Nam finally hit the 2 Mio ... maybe he'll even get to the 3 Mio or more since he's still pretty young and seems to be getting training ... so it's nice that you've got at least one guy that can counter one of their 2-3M DMI-guys

Good luck on Monday!!

Australia U21 89 - 66 Hanguk U21
(41405)

Nothing to write home about. Nobody fouled out, so a good sign of our defense.
nobody in particular excelled for Australia, so holes in our lineup
and we got 4 starters in double digits scoring.

next week in round 2, with a full healthy lineup, we should be good to go. this was a good warmup
