It does not impact the entire community. Top managers with deep understanding of the game are FEW and are indeed very clever to MANIPULATE and ABUSE the flaws of this game.

Short rosters are unrealistic, monotonous and boring way to play. But it can get you to the top no doubt about that. This change is good in the long run . It will make the game more interesting and competitive, mark my words

can someone en-light me ..
basically if a player need 40 mn to get trained how does it it impact the fact that he must play around 60 mn to keep his game shape ?

If i continue to play with a short roster and my guys all play 60 to 70 mn how this exaustion effect will affect them ?

The exhaustion effect is for an individual game. So if you try to play someone 48 minutes in one game they will suffer a performance penalty in the 4th quarter.

But if you play someone 40 minutes in one game (to get training) and then say 20 mins in another game (60 minutes total that week) then their game shape will be as now.

It is not fair. Because sometimes we had a 2 match in a day. Sometime one cup or league and and BBC game will held at the same day. So it is not going to be fair to add exhaustion effect to whole game

There is an easy fix to this and it is a monetary fix.
More money for a BBM win. 20K just doesn't cut it. Should be 50K.
More money for a Cup win, Start with 75K for the first round and not 50K
That right there will get you a decent bench player.
But that will only last until the ASB, so something needs to change with the attendance algorithm.
It shouldn't be so hard filling a 22K seat arena.
For example; If The Spurs lose to Arsenal but are still in the Top 4 race, do you really think 3,000 fans are not going to show up to the next game? That is stupid and a flaw of BB.
Also, subtract the training exemption from my player salaries. My salaries are 800K, my training exemption is 100K, I should only be paying 700K for my players. This would stop the top teams from just buying farmed players that they didn't train. and it would also make training more important.
And the biggest fix and a stupid mistake that was never fixed by BB-Mark and BB-Charles even after they admitted it.
Staff salaries stay the same for the whole season just like player salaries.

I welcome the death of the 6 man roster, but if you want us to add another couple of players, make it financially easier to do so.
